HelloRE's services are just for commercial clients, and they are not designed for children. Only those who are legally capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are permitted to transact on the Platform. People who are "incompetent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, such as un-discharged insolvents, are not permitted to utilise the Platform. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform or access Platform material with the supervision and prior consent/permission of a parent or legal guardian. We do not collect Personal Data from minors under the age of 18 without their consent.
