HelloRE is based in India and operates from there. Furthermore, we only host our Services and process your Personal Data in India. However, some of the above mentioned service providers may process Personal Data outside of your jurisdiction, in countries that are not subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission or your local legislature and/or regulator, and which may not provide for the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. HelloRE's services are just for commercial clients, and they are not designed for children. Only those who are legally capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are permitted to transact on the Platform. People who are "incompetent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, such as un-discharged insolvents, are not permitted to utilise the Platform. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Platform or access Platform material with the supervision and prior consent/permission of a parent or legal guardian.
